Here’s a quick recap of today’s news heading into tonight’s Dodger game.
- Justin Turner’s x-rays showed inconclusive results. He’s still feeling some discomfort. There’s an MRI scheduled for Saturday for more definite results on his ankle.
- Max Muncy will fly to New York and will be activated for the series against the Mets. He’s been recently facing live pitching in Arizona during his rehab.
- Hyun-Jin Ryu will start this Saturday against the Mets in New York. He convinced Dave Roberts that his issues were mechanical and not due to fatigue. This sets up the Dodgers rotation for this weekends matchup as Clayton Kershaw (Friday), Ryu (Saturday), and Walker Buehler (Sunday).
