The day many people have been waiting for is just over three weeks away, and it will affect many places, including Dodger Stadium, which on June 15 will go back to full capacity, the team announced Friday.
Fans may buy tickets for full-capacity games through the end of the season beginning Thursday at 4 p.m. through the Dodgers’ website.
Until then, the team will continue its 11 home games with distanced pods and fully-vaccinated-only sections. The team will return home Thursday for a four-game series with the Giants before welcoming the Cardinals for three games beginning May 31. Tickets for these games are on sale now.
Finally, after a road trip, the team will welcome in the Rangers and Phillies from June 11-14. Those tickets go on sale Tuesday at 2 p.m.
The team alerts that all tickets sold will continue to be subject to any restrictions or limitations on capacity or attendance that may be established or revised by the state, county or city authorities at any time. Refunds or exchanges may be required for impacted games.
This announcement follows California’s announcement to remove all capacity limits and physical distancing requirements on June 15. There has been no word on if Dodger Stadium will require verification of vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test. The state has recommended that venues with more than 10,000 people should seek this out before allowing fans to remove their masks.
