The Dodgers have reportedly signed right-handed reliever Edubray Ramos to a minor league contract with an invitation to spring training, according to Bob Nightengale of USA Today.

Ramos, 27, went 1-0 with a 5.40 ERA, 1.73 WHIP, and an 11/7 K/BB ratio in 15.0 innings with the Phillies and 2-0 with a 3.21 ERA, 1.00 WHIP, and a 13/5 K/BB ratio in 14.0 innings with Philadelphia’s minor league affiliates. Ramos missed most of 2019 due to a shoulder injury. In 2018, Ramos, who was healthy the entire season, went 3-1 with a 2.32 ERA, 1.15 WHIP, and a 42/15 K/BB ratio in 42.2 innings with the Phillies.
He faces an uphill battle to win a bullpen spot this spring but could serve as a nice depth piece at Triple-A Oklahoma City.
The Dodgers have not yet confirmed this signing.
