After what has felt like an eternity, MLB has finally released the Dodgers 2020 schedule on Monday.
Just like how it was planned in March, the Dodgers will host the hated ones, the SF Giants on July 23 at 7 P.M. on ESPN to kick off the season. As promised the Dodgers will have 40 games against the NL West and the remaining 20 games with their geographical counterparts the AL West. The Dodgers will have 4 games against the Houston Astros. It’ll be nice that they only have to play 4 games in Coors Field compared to 6 at Dodger Stadium when playing the Rockies. The league has moved Jackie Robison Day to August 28 when the Dodgers are in Texas at the Rangers. Worth noting the Dodgers will play 6 September games against the Arizona Diamondbacks. Their last 6 games of the season will be against the AL West when the Dodgers host the Angels and A’s, while there are no Giants games in September.
