News: Dodgers Announce 2021 Promotional Schedule; Giveaways for Games

August Dodgers Promotional Giveaway Schedule

The Dodgers announced Wednesday a plethora of giveaways for its upcoming games including 10 bobbleheads and a replica World Series ring.

On June 15, Dodger Stadium will return to full capacity, a day which will be known as Reopening Day, the team said in its release.

Reopening Day will feature special pregame ceremonies prior to the game against the Phillies, and a Justin Turner bobblehead giveaway for the first 25,000 fans in attendance.

The other bobbleheads announced will be given away to the first 40,000 fans in attendance (subject to change).

Others include:

  • Cody Bellinger (June 24 vs. Cubs)
  • Max Muncy (June 29 vs. Giants)
  • Walker Buehler (July 19 vs. Giants)
  • Trevor Bauer (Aug. 19 vs. Mets)
  • Mookie Betts (Aug. 30 vs. Braves)
  • Corey Seager (Sept. 1 vs. Braves)
  • Tommy Lasorda (Sept. 13 vs. Diamondbacks)
  • Fernando Valenzuela (Sept. 15 vs. Diamondbacks)
  • Julio Urias (Sept. 28 vs. Padres)

These bobbleheads join a group of giveaway promotions that also include a Mookie Betts jersey giveaway on June 16, a 40th anniversary tribute to the 1981 championship team on July 25 and a replica World Series ring giveaway on Aug. 18.

As part of the stadium’s process of returning to normalcy come the return of fan favorite events as well.

Friday Night Fireworks will return to Friday home games starting June 11.

Kids Run the Bases resumes following most Sunday day home games after June 15.

Lastly, Viva Los Dodgers will take place in the Centerfield Plaza on June 27, July 25, Aug. 8, Aug. 29, Sept. 12 and Oct. 2; the last of which will be termed La Gran Fiesta (spanish for The Great Party).

The last promotion announced by the team is the return of fan-favorite special event ticket packages, which come with an exclusive item with the purchase of a game ticket in a designated section of the stadium.

Up first will be LGBTQ+ Night on June 11. It gets followed by Mexican Heritage Night on Aug. 18, Teacher Appreciation Day on Aug. 22, Filipino Heritage Night, Aug. 31 and Dia de Los Dodgers on Oct. 1. Additional theme nights will be announced as the season goes on. These ticket promotions must be purchased at and only through Dodgers.com/TicketPacks.

You can purchase tickets for games up until June 14 right now. Tickets for games on June 15 through the end of the regular season go on sale tomorrow at 4:00 p.m. PT at Dodgers.com/Tickets.

Tickets for all games continue to be subject to any restrictions or limitations on capacity or attendance that may be established or revised by state, county or city officials. Refunds or exchanges may be required for impacted games.
