The Dodgers Announce An Update On Their 2020 Ticket Policy

After Major League Baseball informed teams they can now update their ticket policies to potentially announce refunds, the Dodgers have released an update in regards to their 2020 ticket policy.

For season ticket holders, the Dodgers will provide an account credit shortly for the amount paid for tickets for all home games originally scheduled to be played during March and April. The Dodgers are also including a 10% bonus that can be applied to one of the following items during the 2020 or 2021 seasons: tickets for any home games including postseason games, prepaid parking for any home games including postseason games, food and beverages at most concession stands and restaurants, merchandise at most team stores and kiosks, and donation to the Los Angeles Dodgers Foundation’s local COVID-19 relief efforts.

For season ticket holders that would like to forgo the 10% bonus and would like to receive a refund of their money rather than credit to their membership account, they can contact a membership service representative and request a refund of their original purchase for all home games originally scheduled to be played during March and April.

For those who purchased individual game tickets through dodgers.com,  contact the Dodgers ticket office at 866-DODGERS (3634377) to see what options are available.

For those who purchased individual game tickets through third-party ticket agencies, contact the respective agency to see what options they have in place given the current circumstances.

Fans can also monitor updates from the Dodgers on ticketing and other concerns through a new website set up by the team: www.dodgers.com/updates. The site also provides information on COVID-19.
